Change the Mind Set & National Business Plan Competition
Change the Mind Set program addresses the needs of the youth by demonstrating entrepreneurship as a viable and honorable alternative and training them in basic skills of entrepreneurship (soft as well as core business skills). It helps them in the evaluation of their entrepreneurship qualities, plan for improvements in weak areas and in identifying business opportunities (using their hobbies, skills or observed problems).
At the end of the program participants become aware of entrepreneurship as an alternative (both viable and honorable). Also some would be determined to start a business while others may plan on acquiring certain technical or vocational skills to start a business and yet some others may be good employees with “intrapreneurial” skills
Change the Mind Set program of I Create’s for the youth in Schools & Colleges in the age group of 17- 23 years takes them through the journey on entrepreneurship over 40 period.
At the end of the program students prepare business plans which are sieved at the Institutional level , the Regional level and finally at the National Level which is called the National Business Plan Competition.
NBPC is held every year and is hosted by the center at different States of India.
